IPA ICT Policy
I Worked with top management at Innovations for Poverty Action to develop, refine and deploy ICT policy across IPA and DSW offices in East Africa. I developed the ICT policy and put it in place to guide the efficient use of ICT resources in IPA. I sensitized IPA employees on the contents of the policy
IPA Teleconferencing project
I Managed Solution Identification process, procurement, deploying,training and commissioning of the DSW project teleconferencing facility at DSW offices in Kenya. The facility brought together the different, geographically diverse, Project DSW offices together to share weekly program updates
Oracle CRM implementation
I worked with the Marketing, Finance, and Customer care department at Orange Telecom to Identify and document business processes, analyzing and refining them into IT implementable processes and manage solution identification and implementation.
